We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We were hoping to open sooner, but due to strict bank regulations
concerning business loans it has become very difficult to attain
an extension to our current business loan to properly re-open.

Hence we are now seeking a private investor
with whom we could sign a loan.
 We are definitely not looking for hand-outs nor charity,
but a loan which can be paid back in a timely manner.
